Dr. Shah is absolutely the best dentist that I have ever encountered. The VA provided me a referral to Hardy Oaks Family Dentistry to have a cracked molar repaired. Since the initial referral, Dr. Shah, has seen me twice, first for an initial exam, assessment, and cleaning, and on the second occasion to conduct a root canal in preparation for ultimately placing a crown on my cracked tooth. Dr. Shah and her team scheduled me for an appointment and treatment within a few days after receiving the notice and authorization from the VA. My only prior experiences of having any major dental work done was having my wisdom teeth removed forty years ago, and a single cavity filled a year later. Other than that, I’ve only needed the semi-annual check ups and cleanings. Needless to say, I had just a little anxiety concerning the root canal, based on stories that I’ve heard from others. However, I must share that I greatly appreciate the exceptional attention and care Dr. Shah and her staff provide to her patients. Dr. Shah completed my root canal, and I can honestly say it went much better than I expected - pain free. When I returned home and shared about the experience with my wife who had a root canal previously at another dentist’s office, she was quite surprised especially noting that I did not have any lingering effects or significant pain. Amazing place. I came in with an ice pack on my face this morning and now I get to sit at home enjoying my family and not be in pain. I will continue to go here through my whole restoration process...now its January 2024 and I'm still coming here. I'm still completing my restoration process and just had a temporary bridge put in and shortly will have my permanent one put in and will let yall know how it goes but as always I really like this dentist she's sweet and personable and does an amazing job

Amazing dentist office! The front desk staff is always friendly, the hygienists and techs get you in quickly, the dentist cleans your teeth! I could not believe it, and she does an amazing job! All six of us in my family go to Dr. Shah, and we love her! Clean, quick, excellent dental care, and a warm, gentle and friendly bedside manner. I moved to San Antonio recently and needed a new dentist. Saw this practice was close to home and had great reviews so I set up my initial exam. So very glad I did because that appointment was the best experience I ever had at a dental office. Everyone from the front desk staff, Josephine the assistant, and Dr Shah were so personable and welcoming. The treatment team did a wonderful job as well! The x-rays, exam, and cleaning were gentle but effective and informative. The facility is also beautiful and well-kept. 11/10! I woke up with a toothache and called Hardy Oak Family Dentistry. Dr. Shah has been my dentist. I did not expect to be seen the same day, but I was able to get in before noon. I was treated with a root canal and was out of the office by 1:00 p.m. Dr. Shah is very knowledgeable. She was attentive and efficient in treating me. The staff made was also efficient and caring as they prepared me for treatment.

Wonderful staff and doctor making sure everyone walking in has a great experience. They are super accommodating to your needs, be it last minute emergency appointments or changes/cancellations or financial arrangements. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Doctor is excellent, her love and passion for the job shows in her work. Couldn’t ask for a better practice for our family’s dental care.

Went in for a new patient exam and cleaning. By far the best dental practice I have ever visited. Staff is beyond friendly and extremely prompt with service. I did not have to wait and was seen almost immediately by the doctor who must I also point out is very friendly and treats you like an actual person rather than a dollar sign. I greatly appreciate that. I look forward to my return appt next week. Highly recommend this office for all your dental needs.

Dr.Shah and staff are calm, kind, and accommodating, and fit our whole family in one morning. All of the staff is very supportive and helped to navigate my 2 year old daughter while my husband, son, and I received care. The flow of Dr.Shah and staff show how well the practice is run, and how they respect each other and their patients. I am so happy to have found Dr.Shah and people I can trust with my family dentistry.

1st visit and it was the best dental visit I ever had. Was very comfortable and they made me a great plan. I have bad dental anxiety, and they made me feel very comfortable. Can't wait to get started.. Update. Today I had my first dental work done, I have to use sedation dentistry, again everything went the way it was expected and explained to me. She is the kindest, most knowledgeable, and caring dentist I have ever visited. I have 2 more follow-ups to complete all my work. I would highly recommend this dentist.
